My stay at Innsbruck Inn was fantastic! The room was huge with an outside entrance, and the staff quickly fixed the minor issue we had with the lights. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the mountain road and close to shuttle stops. The breakfast was perfect to fuel up for a day on the slopes, and the evening soup and cheese were a cozy touch. The hot tubs were a great way to relax, and the overall atmosphere of the inn was quiet and homey. The other guests and staff were all friendly and pleasant.
The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Location is really good, breakfast was relatively good. The room was comfortable, so was the bed.
They seem to have a perfectly good, Finnish sauna, but for some reason owner has restricted its usage so that you can't throw water on the stove like normally people do in sauna. We were disappointed with this.

Not too much. We opted out on the second night and stayed elsewhere. The location was great.
The hallway and room were incredibly hot despite the fact that it was cool outside. We had to run the A/C all night even with the windows open. Everything about the room itself was dated. The pillows were flat, and the mattress uncomfortable. There were cobwebs on the window drapes. This is a guys ski weekend lodge at best.

The inn is perfectly situated for trekking adventures, with good hiking trails nearby and being so close to the mountain. It is also conveniently located near many tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the inn offers great facilities such as a hot tub, a playground, and a covered bridge.
The lack of bedside charging outlets for phones was a minor inconvenience.

The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. the breakfast was amazing, and I especially loved the homemade French onion soup that was served as a treat after a long day of skiing. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to Stowe activities and the Stowe Recreation Path.
The hotel itself was a bit rundown and in need of some maintenance. the indoor hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the creek outback. The location was convenient, close to town and hiking trails. The staff were friendly and professional, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast experience could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.

great location
At first, they did not honor our request for a 1st floor room, but remedied the situation on the second day of our stay for the remainder of our three day stay.
